Parameters

[in]	image	image to computer superpixels on
[in]	region_size	region size between superpixels, implicitly defines number of superpixels
[in]	sigma	sigma parameter, see paper
[in]	max_flow	whether to use max flow for solving, alternative is elimination
[out]	labels	superpixel labels
