Parameters

[in]	image	image to compute superpixels on
[in]	region_size	step size between superpixel centers, implicitly defining the number of superpixels
[in]	regularization_weight	compactness parameter,
[in]	size_weight	size weight
[in]	iterations	number of iterations
[out]	labels	superpixel labels
